how to buy

Currently Fry Farm sells beef in bulk portions of 1/8 of a steer (or 1/4, 1/2, or more) -- this translates to around 50 lbs of meat (if you are worried about freezer space, this is a volume that is 24” x 15” x 10”.  After being slaughtered in a USDA certified facility, the beef is wet-aged for 15-20 days and then flash frozen.

Periodically we can accommodate smaller amounts of beef, or unique orders (e.g. large amounts of ground beef), as well as we can provide less typical parts the animal, such as joints, tongue, etc..
